Every weekday morning
Every morning I sign in to our supplier's portal and copy the new invoices into a spreadsheet.
How it goes now
Open the portal.Type the email.Type the password.Sign in.Open Billing.Find the new ones.Copy the number. Switch. Paste.Copy the amount. Switch. Paste.
Ten minutes every weekday, for a few rows.
Tell Kitewell once
Every weekday at 9 AM, sign in to our supplier's portal at https://portal.harborsupply.example as [email protected] and add any new invoices to my sheet ~/Documents/invoices.xlsx.
That's the whole setup. Kitewell lays out every step for you to check, and nothing is saved until you apply it.
For your own version, copy this and fill in the blanks:
Every weekday at 9:00, sign in to [the supplier portal's address] as [your sign-in email] and add any new invoices to my sheet [the workbook's path].
Then it runs on its own

Good to know
- The clicks AI works out in the chat are kept, so every run after repeats them. Reading the new invoices asks AI each time.
- When the portal changes its sign-in, AI finds the new way for that one click, keeps it, and the run shows what it fixed.
- The password is a secret on this computer, typed for you; the model only ever sees its name.
- Your computer needs to be on and awake when it runs. A run missed while it slept starts when it wakes, within 24 hours by default.
What it needs
- Google Chrome (or Edge on Windows)
- Kitewell's included AI, with a free Dagu Cloud sign-in, or your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini model that can use a browser
- The workbook as .xlsx (not .xls or Google Sheets)
More chores
- Every weekday morningEvery morning I log in to our supplier's portal, download the new invoices, and type each one into an accounting app from 2009.
- Whenever new orders come inI go down an order list in Excel, place each order on a supplier's website, and type the receipt number back into the sheet.
- Whenever the list growsI type each row of a spreadsheet into the same web form, one customer at a time.
