Whenever the list grows
I type each row of a spreadsheet into the same web form, one customer at a time.
How it goes now
Copy the name.Switch to the portal.Paste.Copy the email.Switch.Paste.Pick the plan.Save.Back to the sheet. Next row.
One customer at a time, all afternoon.
Tell Kitewell once
Build a workflow with inputs NAME, EMAIL, and PLAN that opens https://portal.example.com/customers/new in the browser, signs in with the portal/password secret if needed, fills in the form, saves, and screenshots the confirmation. I will run it over a sheet.
That's the whole setup. Kitewell lays out every step for you to check, and nothing is saved until you apply it.
Then it runs on its own

Good to know
- The sign-in is saved on this computer and reused for every row. The password comes from a secret and is typed for you; the model never sees it.
- Every customer gets a screenshot of the confirmation, so a row that needs a look shows you why.
What it needs
- Google Chrome (or Edge on Windows)
- An Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini model that can use a browser
More chores
- Whenever new orders come inI go down an order list in Excel, place each order on a supplier's website, and type the receipt number back into the sheet.
- Every new listI open each company's website from a list and write down what they do, how big they are, and where they're based.
- Every weekday morningEvery morning I log in to our supplier's portal, download the new invoices, and type each one into an accounting app from 2009.
